The Housebreaker Wet-Sensor is a highly sensitive, truely wireless moisture sensor. This patented technology utilizes a microprocessor to signal The Housebreaker Alarm within 2 seconds of sensing moisture (in this case - urine). It is a fully sealed unit allowing it to come into contact with urine repeatedly without damage to the internal components or risk of corrosion. However, care must still be taken to ensure its longevity. It must be used in conjunction with The Housebreaker Alarm.
How to Prolong The Wet-Senser's Life. Due to innovative design, the Wet-Sensor intelligently saves battery life of the internal battery by going into sleep mode while waiting to sense moisture. If the Wet-Sensor is gently washed and dried after each contact with urine, it should last several years. At least once a month, a mild detergent should be used to gently clean between the black sensor layer to ensure removal of all urine residue and keep the sensor's sensitivity at peak performance.
Extra Wet-Sensors Work with one Alarm. If you require a replacement or would like an additional Wet-Sensor for between uses, you may pair the sensor with any Alarm by using the Traning feature outlined in the User Manual.
Consistent use of The Housebreaker has been proven in trials to house train puppies, house train older dogs, and house train any breed, size, or age dog. Consistent of this product will eliminate dog pee in your home - offering the advantage of no more pee on floors, furniture, or rugs.
